Our range of Hot Dip Galvanized Scaffolding tube is made of 48.3mm O.D and 3.2/4.0mm thickness.
Zinc coating is 70 microns & can also be done as per customers requirement. Tubes are made of normal grade (yield strength 240 MPa) as well as high grade steel (yield strength 350 MPa) Embossing can be done at every meter as per customers requirement.

Packing – Steel strips are used to make bundles of tubes, further it can packed in thick plastic if needed. Can be shipped in containers or as a break bulk shipment

Couplers

We supply all the types of couplers used globally beyond the photos shown below. All our couplers are embossed with EN74 or BS1139 and have a code series embossed with which our clients can track the couplers supplied by us on site. We can also supply couplers with specific marking / embossing required by you, provided order is big enough.

Packing – Couplers are packed in plastic / gunny bags container 25-50 couplers in it(depending on the type & weight of coupler). These bags are further palletised in steel pallets and hence making it very convenient for our client to unload and store it.
